Chief Problem Solver, Steve Hess, has served the live event & exhibit industry for over a decade. You may know Steve from his previous position as the VP of Sales & Marketing for a prominent exhibit house. Before dedicating himself to the trade show world, Steve was a Project Manager for various technology, aerospace, and energy companies. This “behind the scenes” technical experience, combined with his years in a customer facing marketing & sales role, propelled Steve into the top spot at Trussworks.

After signing-on as Trusswork’s President in 2019, Steve and his wife, Leslie, packed up their home in Cedar Rapids, IA and moved to the trade show capital of the United States, Las Vegas. Since moving to Las Vegas, Steve is entrenched in the exhibit industry now more than ever, and he wouldn’t have it any other way. He hopes to make Trussworks a known name as a trusted partner and provider in the live event space. 

In his spare time, you can find Steve relaxing by the pool with family and cheering on the Las Vegas Golden Knights!
